In this 12 week boot camp we are breaking it all down….back to the basics of what it takes to live HER lifestyle. Sometimes we over complicate matters and make them into unnecessary issues that we feel we need to overcome, when the truth is we just need to understand and embrace them. Let’s change our mindset on what health, fitness and well-being mean. No more thoughts of lack, restriction and sacrifice. Let’s come to understand abundance, self-indulgence and freedom as our true calling, the key to having it all and to becoming HER.

 

 

Mindset (weeks 1-4)

Week 1 focuses on understanding your worth (i.e. your ‘why’) and the importance of water (i.e. the ‘how’). This, and every week, ends with a method to practice and the adoption of a new lifestyle habit.

Week 2 focuses on trusting who you really are (i.e. your ‘why’) and the importance of greens/vegetables (i.e. the ‘how’). This, and every week, ends with a method to practice and the adoption of a new lifestyle habit.

Week 3 focuses on reframing the idea of discipline (i.e. your ‘why’) and the importance of carbs (i.e. the ‘how’). This, and every week, ends with a method to practice and the adoption of a new lifestyle habit.

Week 4 is a focus on bringing it all together.  We dive into the being vs. doing of the aforementioned ‘why’s’ and incorporate the discussion on proteins (i.e. the ‘how’).

 

Flow (weeks 5-8)

Week 5 focuses on your relationship to your breathe (i.e. your ‘why’) and the benefits of yoga (i.e. the ‘how’). This, and every week, ends with a method to practice and the adoption of a new lifestyle habit.

Week 6 focuses on communication and connection with your body (i.e. your ‘why’) and building your upper body (i.e. the ‘how’). This, and every week, ends with a method to practice and the adoption of a new lifestyle habit.

Week 7 focuses on treating the present as a gift (i.e. your ‘why’) and building your lower body (i.e. the ‘how’). This, and every week, ends with a method to practice and the adoption of a new lifestyle habit.

Week 8 is a focus on bringing it all together.  We dive into the being vs. doing of the aforementioned ‘why’s’ and incorporate the discussion on cardio (i.e. the ‘how’).

 

Expression (weeks 9-12)

Week 9 focuses on understanding the power of posture (i.e. your ‘why’) and the necessity of sleep (i.e. the ‘how’). This, and every week, ends with a method to practice and the adoption of a new lifestyle habit.

Week 10 focuses on investing in yourself (i.e. your ‘why’) and the importance of exercise/lifting (i.e. the ‘how’). This, and every week, ends with a method to practice and the adoption of a new lifestyle habit.

Week 11 focuses on identify your real life goals (i.e. your ‘why’) and simplifying nutrition (i.e. the ‘how’). This, and every week, ends with a method to practice and the adoption of a new lifestyle habit.

Week 12 is a focus on bringing it all together.  We dive into the being vs. doing of the aforementioned ‘why’s’ and incorporate the discussion on proteins (i.e. the ‘how’).
